Description:
Digital Light Lab’s AccuCure Panel technology utilizes an array of UV/VIS LEDs in a 185mm x 185mm aperture.
The AccuCure Panel features include instant-on/off capability and provide an energy efficient cure with minimal heat radiation to the work piece at a precise given wavelength with continuous or pulse mode of operation within a flood beam pattern.
Narrow output spectrum is one of the primary benefits of LED curing systems over other technologies. Whereas other systems produce a variety of UV emission peaks and IR outputs that do not cure the product and may actually harm the substrate, LEDs provide a much more energy efficient, targeted cure. Additionally, the upfront cost of LEDs is offset by much lower operating energy and maintenance costs, with LED curing solutions lasting tens of thousands of hours compared with the mere hundreds of hours of operation of a mercury systems.
The AccuCure Panel is available with a variety of Controller options including industry-standard 4-20mA control and temperature monitoring, software control of the system well suited to research and development processes, timer, and manual dial control, all allowing for infinitely adjustable intensity settings. A wide variety of UV & VIS wavelengths are available and sizes may be custom ordered for OEM applications with no MOQs.
Available Wavelengths:
265nm, 285nm, 310nm, 365nm, 385nm, 395nm, 405nm, 420nm, 435nm, 445nm, 455nm, 470nm, 505nm, and additional wavelengths including UV-B & UV-C.
