Description:
Digital Light Lab’s AccuCure Panel technology utilizes an array of UV/VIS LEDs in a 406mm x 590mm aperture LED panel system for wide area curing. The AccuCure Panel features include instant-on/off capability and provide an energy efficient cure with minimal heat radiation to the work piece at a precise given wavelength with continuous or pulse mode of operation within a flood beam pattern. Built-in mounting holes for conveyor installation. Please contact us if you are looking for a conveyor system with built-in LED flood panels.
Narrow output spectrum is one of the primary benefits of LED curing systems over other technologies. Whereas other systems produce a variety of UV emission peaks and IR outputs that do not cure the product and may actually harm the substrate, LEDs provide a much more energy efficient, targeted cure. Additionally, the upfront cost of LEDs is offset by much lower operating energy and maintenance costs, with LED curing solutions lasting tens of thousands of hours compared with the mere hundreds of hours of operation of a mercury systems.
Built in Manual Controller options included with this system include: adjustable power output, timer, external trigger, 4-20mA signal, and conveyor system. An Intelligent Controller version with USB interface and software control for intensity, exposure cycle, and optional optical sensor. A 4-20mA signal control are also available for either Controller.
